Add egg yolk and process until mixture just comes together.<\/li><li>Turn onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead until smooth.<\/li><li>Wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes<\/li><li>Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 4mm thickness. Use a star cutter to cut shapes from pastry.<\/li><li>Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow to cool before serving.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/westgate.amba.org.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Frozen-Rainbow-Bark.jpg\" alt=\"Kid-friendly recipes\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Frozen Yoghurt Rainbow Bark<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A quick and easy activity to do with the kids, creating a colourful and delicious snack to enjoy as the weather warms up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 cups of plain full-fat greek yoghurt<\/li><li>Small tub of blueberry yoghurt (or any flavour you like)<\/li><li>2-3 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup<\/li><li>2 cups of chopped fruit (fresh or frozen berries, mango and kiwifruit work well)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Line a large baking tray with baking paper<\/li><li>In a medium bowl, mix together the yoghurt and honey\/maple syrup<\/li><li>Pour the yoghurt over the baking paper and spread with a knife or spatula until you have a smooth layer<\/li><li>Decorate with the chopped fruit and drizzle the blueberry yoghurt over the top<\/li><li>Place the tray in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours.\u00a0 Once frozen, slice the yoghurt slab into chunks of \u2018rainbow bark\u2019<\/li><li>Place any leftovers in a zip-lock bag and store in the freezer<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Paprika and Parmesan Biscuits Delicious bite-sized snacks, perfect for little fingers!
